Delivery Policy
CoreFitness provides delivery for fitness equipment and accessories across selected locations in the United Arab Emirates.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, customer location, order size, and installation requirements. Our team will contact you to confirm delivery details after your order is placed.
Delivery of Fitness Equipment
Delivery for large fitness equipment may be available across major UAE cities. Delivery charges, if applicable, will depend on the product type, delivery location, building access, and any special handling requirements.
For bulky equipment such as treadmills, ellipticals, exercise bikes, rowing machines, strength machines, and multi-gyms, customers must ensure that the delivery location has proper access through lifts, staircases, doors, corridors, and parking/loading areas.
If special handling, additional manpower, crane service, or re-delivery is required, extra charges may apply.
Delivery of Accessories
For smaller accessories and fitness items, delivery charges may apply depending on the order value and delivery location.
Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be shared at checkout or confirmed by our team after the order is placed.
Installation Service
CoreFitness may provide installation or assembly services for selected gym equipment.Installation is available only for eligible sports and fitness equipment.
Installation may not be available for certain accessories or items such as wall brackets, pull-up bars, hooks, punching bag mounts, or products that require drilling, civil work, electrical work, or special mounting unless specifically agreed in advance.
A qualified technician or installer will set up eligible equipment at a suitable time agreed with the customer.
Customers must ensure that the installation area is ready, accessible, clean, and suitable before our team arrives.
Delays in Delivery
Please allow additional time for delivery during public holidays, UAE holidays, high-demand periods, promotional campaigns, weather disruptions, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
CoreFitness will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders on time, but delivery dates are estimates and may change due to operational or logistical reasons.
Exchange, Return & Refund Policy
Fitness and sports equipment are generally not eligible for return, exchange, or refund once sold, delivered, assembled, installed, or used.
Due to the nature, size, handling, and assembly requirements of gym equipment, products cannot be returned simply because the customer changed their mind after purchase, delivery, or installation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:
1. Fitness equipment that has been installed or assembled
2. Products that have been used
3. Products without original packaging
4. Products damaged after delivery
5. Special order items
6. Clearance or sale items
7. Accessories that have been opened, used, or damaged
8. Products with missing parts, manuals, or packaging
9. Items customized or arranged specifically for the customer
Damaged or Defective Products
If a product has a mechanical defect or manufacturing issue, CoreFitness will inspect the issue and arrange repair or replacement where applicable, subject to warranty terms and product condition.
If the issue is confirmed as a manufacturing defect, the product may be repaired or replaced free of charge according to the applicable warranty policy.
Customers must report damaged or defective products as soon as possible after delivery and provide clear photos, videos, order details, and a description of the issue.
Warranty Support
Warranty coverage depends on the product, brand, manufacturer, and usage type.
Using home-use equipment in a commercial or high-traffic environment may void the warranty. Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their intended use.
Warranty does not usually cover normal wear and tear, misuse, improper installation by third parties, lack of maintenance, water or humidity damage, rust, power issues, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible.
If an order has already been processed, dispatched, delivered, installed, specially ordered, or reserved from a supplier, cancellation may not be possible or cancellation charges may apply.
If a cancellation is approved and payment has already been made, the eligible refund amount will be processed according to our refund process.
Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method where possible.
Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or processing method.
Delivery, installation, handling, payment processing, or service charges may be non-refundable where applicable.
