CoreFitness.ae is an online platform for gym equipment, fitness products, installation support, gym setup solutions, and repair and maintenance services in the United Arab Emirates.

Throughout these Terms, “CoreFitness”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to the business operating www.corefitness.ae. “Customer”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person using the website, placing an order, or requesting our services.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with website security, copy website content without permission, or use automated tools to collect data from the website.

We reserve the right to restrict access, cancel orders, or suspend services if we believe the website is being misused or if these Terms are violated.

If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the eligible amount will be refunded according to our refund process.

5. Pricing & VAT

All prices displayed on CoreFitness.ae are in UAE Dirhams unless stated otherwise.

Prices may include or exclude VAT depending on how they are displayed on the website. Where applicable, VAT will be charged in accordance with UAE tax regulations.

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price will be confirmed at checkout or during order confirmation.

Large gym equipment may require proper access through lifts, staircases, corridors, doors, or loading areas. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the delivery location is suitable for the ordered product.

Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas, difficult access, special handling, or re-delivery due to customer unavailability.

8. Installation & Assembly

Installation or assembly may be available for selected products. Some products may include installation, while others may require an additional installation fee.

Installation does not include civil work, electrical work, wall drilling, floor modification, special mounting, dismantling of old equipment, or movement of existing equipment unless specifically agreed in writing.

Customers must ensure that the installation area is ready, accessible, clean, and suitable before our team arrives.

9. Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations

Returns, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.

In general, products must be unused, unassembled, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging to be eligible for return or exchange, unless the product is faulty or covered under warranty.

Products that have been assembled, installed, used, damaged after delivery, customized, specially ordered, or supplied on clearance/sale may not be eligible for return unless required by applicable law.

To request a return, exchange, or cancellation, please contact our support team with your order details.

10. Warranty

Warranty coverage depends on the product, brand, manufacturer, and usage category. Warranty details may vary between home-use, semi-commercial, and commercial-use equipment.

Using home-use equipment in a commercial or high-traffic environment may void the warranty. Customers are responsible for selecting products suitable for their intended use.

Warranty may not cover:

3. Incorrect installation by third parties
4. Lack of maintenance
5. Damage caused by power issues, water, humidity, rust, or external factors
6. Unauthorized repairs or modifications
7. Consumable parts unless specifically covered

For warranty support, customers may be required to provide proof of purchase, product photos/videos, serial numbers, and details of the issue.

11. Repair & Maintenance Services

CoreFitness may offer repair and maintenance services for selected gym equipment. Service availability depends on the product type, brand, spare parts availability, customer location, and condition of the equipment.

Inspection or diagnosis charges may apply. Any repair estimate provided is based on the visible issue at the time of inspection.

Additional faults may be discovered during repair, which may require revised pricing or additional parts.
We do not guarantee that every machine can be repaired, especially if spare parts are unavailable, the equipment is heavily damaged, or the product is unsafe to use.

12. Gym Design & Setup Services

CoreFitness may provide gym planning, layout guidance, equipment selection, and setup support for home gyms, commercial gyms, hotels, studios, and corporate fitness spaces.

Any design, layout, or recommendation provided by CoreFitness is based on the information shared by the customer. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the location complies with building rules, safety requirements, authority approvals, electrical capacity, flooring requirements, and any other regulations applicable to the site.

13. Account Responsibility

If account registration is available on our website, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account.Please notify us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

14. Privacy & Data Protection
